My ADHD diagnosis came later in life,
and it changed everything. For years,
I thought I was simply not trying hard
enough. The exhaustion. The scattered
thoughts. The hyper focus and the
shutdown.
I know how that feels.
Why this matters
If you have spent years feeling behind, overwhelmed or unsure why things that seem simple for others feel so hard, you are not alone. ADHD can shape the way you think, plan, feel and move through the world in ways that are often misunderstood.
This coaching is not built on theory alone. It is shaped by lived experience and professional training. That means you are not being asked to try harder or force yourself into systems that do not fit. You are supported to understand how your mind works and to build structure around it.
You deserve support that feels realistic, respectful and steady. Work that meets you where you are and helps you move forward in a way that feels possible.

My approach
Coaching with me is structured, practical and grounded in lived
experience. I focus on building sustainable systems, strengthening
emotional regulation and helping you work with your brain rather than
against it.
If you would like to understand the process in more detail, you can
explore how sessions are structured and what to expect.
If you are an adult with ADHD or identify as neurodivergent, you may struggle with time management, emotional regulation or follow through. One-to-one ADHD coaching offers structured support tailored to your patterns, your goals and your pace.
This is not generic life coaching.
It is ADHD informed, practical and grounded in executive function realities.
